Thank you in advance for your time, attention, and support of Charlotte Elite Academy a 501c3 non-profit organization (tax ID 82-5292053). We offer academic, athletic, and socially responsible programs that serve primarily at-risk youth in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Our academic and athletic programming is designed to be a path towards upward mobility by emphasizing high academic standards, which assists with qualifying for post secondary education. Additionally, we field high level interscholastic athletic teams which have assisted in garnering college interest and athletic scholarships for former and current student athletes within our program. We believe education to be a powerful tool for social mobility.
Charlotte Elite Academy additionally promotes social and emotional wellbeing of our student athletes. To assist in this effort we established mentorship and health and wellness programs. We strongly promote social activism as we regularly facilitate volunteer opportunities for members of our program. We are proud to provide positive outlets for youth to engage in constructive activities that contribute to the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of youth we serve.
To run and operate our programs, necessary funds are needed to assist with operating expenses. Currently participants are required to pay membership fees. These fees cover a fraction of the total operating budget. Additionally, several of our participants have financial hardships that prevent them from being able to pay the required participation fee. Which requires us to aggressively engage in fundraising efforts to assist with continuing operations.
Charlotte Elite Academy is currently seeking financial assistance that will allow us to continue the work of providing much needed positive youth programming within the community. We are currently seeking sponsorships to raise $10,000.00 to assist with the cost of our annual operating expenses. We believe that partnering with your organization as a sponsor will provide us with the necessary resources and align our team with a brand that shares our passion. Your sponsorship would greatly contribute to our growth, development, and overall success as we aim to continue our efforts to promote healthy and positive youth programming. Platinum Level Sponsorship: $1,000
This Sponsorship will assist with Financial Hardship Scholarships that will help participants whose families cannot afford to pay participation fees. With your Platinum Level Sponsorship your name or Business Name will be featured on Website, Game Day Announcements, Social Media Outlets, Banner Featured at all Home Games, In season awards named after your business, and on the back of team warm up jersey.
Gold Level Sponsorship: $500
This Sponsorship will assist with gym rental and game day operation expenses. With your Gold Level Sponsorship your name will be featured on Website, Social Media Out, and Banner Featured at Home Games.
Silver Level Sponsorship: $250
This Sponsorship will assist with sponsoring in season and postseason tournaments. With your Silver Level Sponsorship your name will be featured on Website and Banner at Home Games.
Bronze Level Sponsorship: $100
This Sponsorship will assist with replacement of equipment and supplies. With your Bronze Level Sponsorship your name will be featured on Website and Banner at Home Games.
